Let’s face it, having a business website is a non-negotiable in today’s world.

I know that it can seem like a chunk of your (very) busy schedule.

But my method will cut your research to none, and focus your time on actionable steps so that we can get this process started.

Do you offer refunds?

For a custom design, your $500 deposit to hold your place on my calendar is non-refundable. I’m sure you get it, you’re an entrepreneur too!

If you have paid the one-time fee up front and your circumstances have changed, I’m happy to refund the remainder, provided that I haven’t begun working on your website yet.

For a website template, due to the digital nature of our designs, we cannot offer refunds once the site has been created.

How long will my custom website take?

Custom websites take two weeks to build. This is only the case IF you have prepared your copy and your images before our starting date.

What are your guaranteed results?

There’s no way for me to make specific guarantees. That’s why I don’t promise you the world (or the front page of Google).

Launching your new site is a partnership and SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. I can guarantee that we’ll do everything possible in our short time together to set your site up for success.

The rest, my friend, is up to you. Don’t worry, I leave you with parting gifts and a game plan.
